We ask the Government to ban online comments on social media platforms and online news outlets on news stories relating to anyone under 25, including news stories relating to the death, accident, or assault of anyone who is under 25.

Following prominent news stories relating to the deaths of individuals under 25 years old, we would like the Government to ban social media platforms and news outlets from having open comment sections or functions on news stories relating to anyone under 25. We feel comments may incite hate, harm, distress & are wholly inappropriate and unhelpful, and that news outlets have a duty of care to all.
