Creator management agencies operating in the adult content industry are largely unregulated, leaving creators vulnerable to exploitation. We’re calling on the Government to introduce mandatory commission caps, minimum service standards, and contract protections to safeguard creators.

Creator management agencies face zero regulation. Creators can be signed into unfair contracts, lose control of their accounts and earnings, and pay excessive commissions for substandard services. This exploitation is widespread and well documented. Creators deserve the same basic protections as any other worker.
