Require taxi and ride-hailing transportation services to display a clear 'Disabled Taxi' option to allow users to request a wheelchair accessible vehicle if one is available.
On transportation service apps, options such as 'Priority' 'Comfort' and 'Exec' are often available. On one app, there is an option for 'Assist', but this guarantees only 'special assistance from trained drivers', with no guarantee that the car sent will be wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair users should not have to simply hope that a suitable vehicle is sent, additionally some wheelchairs are only able to sit upright comfortably for a limited time - this should not be time wasted for another vehicle to be sent.
