I want the Government to fund the construction of many more wheelchair accessible parks. I believe that more such parks should be built considering there are many children who use a wheelchair in the UK.
Children in wheelchairs often miss out on a lot of the childhood basics and one of the main things they may miss out on is being able to go to parks as there are not enough wheelchair accessible parks. Where I live there isn't even one wheelchair accessible park and I personally believe that is outrageous. Being in a wheelchair is already difficult, never mind not having anywhere to actually go and have fun. This needs to change now.
