We call on the Government to reverse the ban on puberty blockers for under-18s when clinically appropriate.

Young people and their families should be able to make healthcare decisions with qualified clinicians based on individual clinical need and the best available evidence, not a blanket ban. We urge the Government to review the impact of the current restrictions on young people’s wellbeing and restore access under appropriate clinical safeguards.
