Legislate to require anyone going to the beach to have a life jacket with them. We believe that it would be much safer to put on a life jacket when in the sea or when you see someone in trouble at sea.

If people have a life jacket with them at the beach and saw someone in trouble whilst in the sea, it could be safer if they quickly put on their life jacket to help them. We believe that if it was the law to have a life jacket with you when at the beach, it would be easier and less dangerous to rescue someone at sea.
