Milestones

We call on the UK Government to appoint a Minister for Men and Boys to lead a national strategy addressing challenges affecting boys and men, including serious violence, suicide, education, health, employment and wellbeing, ensuring coordinated prevention and support across government.

Boys & men face significant challenges across violence, suicide, education, health and employment. These issues span multiple government departments, creating a need for stronger coordination and accountability. Recent deaths of young men through violence highlight the importance of prevention, early intervention and long-term investment in opportunity, support and wellbeing. A dedicated Minister would help ensure these issues receive the national leadership they require.
