Require park home site owners to allow individual water meters, read such meters and provide bills for each homes usage.
Many park home sites have water supplied through one or two main meters. The subsequent bills are then divided by all residents regardless of how many occupiers there are in each home, so a single occupant pays the same as two or three. We believe residents should only pay for what they personally consume. With individual meters the owner will be encouraged to fix or replace old leaking pipework. Individual meters would provide fairness, improve accountability and encourage water conservation.
